Tramontina Professional Series
The Tramontina Professional Series of kitchen knives are just some of the deluxe knives you will see in Smokey Mountain Knife Works. The Professional Series is sold in a three-piece set. It contains basic kitchen knives such as the chef’s knife, utility knife, and a pairing knife.
Tramontina is made in Brazil. It is known that their products are lighter that German-made professional knives, but don’t get fooled, these are of very high quality. The blades are made from industry-standard high carbon steel. The blades are stain free, and the blade (tang) extends up to the end of the handle—giving the knives great balance. The handles are made from nylon.
Tramontina suggests hand-washing the Professional Series to keep their quality.
